  1. This position will be a Tier I / Tier II IT Support role  Excellent customer service skills. 
  2. Phone/chat support experience is a plus because of remote work.  
  3. Proficiency with Windows and MacOS.
  4.  Experience with Linux is a plus.  Experience in a scientific or academic setting is a plus. 
  5. Doesn’t have to be IT.  Basic scripting skills are a plus (Especially Powershell, bash/zsh, or Python).
  6. • * Must have MacOS experience* • Skills:  Help desk, Support, Service desk, Servicenow, Windows 10, Windows, MacOS
