Location: Huntsville, AL
Working Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
Salary: GS-14 $127,073.00-$165,197.00
Full Performance level: GS-14
Number of Positions Available: 1
Duration: Full Time
Selected candidates may be offered a 25% recruitment incentive if eligible and will be required to sign a service agreement.

Mission Statement:
The mission of the FBI is to protect the American People and uphold the Constitution of the United States.
Major Duties:
Provides oversight and quality control evaluations of contract developers to include performing cradle-to-grave application development and support.
Lead the designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Write testable, scalable and efficient code leveraging in depth knowledge and experience with core Microsoft .Net technologies.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team

Specialized Experience (SE):
GS-: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS- grade level. SE is defined as follows:
Experience in leveraging Microsoft managed identifiers and group managed service accounts.
Experience in software projects involving integration of cloud resources with on premise solutions, specifically blob storage with managed identity access controls.
Experience with claims-aware services for federated service integration.
Experience leading multiple concurrent projects with various project teams while managing software development leveraging Agile methodologies.
Experience designing and manipulating applications utilizing SQL database integration.
