Communications Project Analyst, Senior

The Opportunity:

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of program management life cycle for a DoD client program office, as direct support to clients. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources to support the management of all financial and congressional program budget documents, analyze financial execution reports, and provide output of analysis on regular basis to clients such as development spend plans, annualized appropriation phasing plans, and Program Objective Memorandum.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with analyzing NAVWAR or PEO C4I programs and policies
  • Experience with analyzing Navy programs and policies
  • Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance of programs under the Defense Acquisition System
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to self-start, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Secret clearance
  • Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience with program or project management in the Navy, or 14+ years of experience with program or project management in the Navy in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with the military
  • Possession of excellent team-oriented and team-building skills
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
