Role Overview
As the Marketing Technology Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing and implementing our marketing technology stack. Key Responsibilities
Manage and fine-tune our suite of marketing technology tools and platforms to bolster our marketing strategies.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Lead the rollout of new technologies, overseeing project management, training, and documentation processes.
Monitor the performance of our tech stack, identifying and implementing enhancements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Uphold rigorous standards of data quality and governance within our marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
Harness the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) within our tech stack to deepen customer insights, personalize marketing endeavors, and refine decision-making processes.
Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of marketing technology initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, offering guidance and support to team members.
Qualifications
Thorough understanding of marketing processes and the role of technology in supporting them.
Experience with various Marketing tech stack solutions and integrations, such as Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, Drift, ZoomInfo, Cognism, etc.
Proven track record of project management success in implementing marketing technology solutions.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.
Proficiency in managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
Genuine passion for technology and innovation within the marketing realm.
